Sixth LPNI Study Tour New Zealand

LPNI Study Tour 2015 was to New Zealand. Twenty-six Lutherans from Australia, Canada, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, and the USA toured New Zealand visiting churches and sharing information about parish nursing with Lutheran congregations in Wellington and Palmerston North and concluded with a fellowship meal hosted by Annie Masima (a Tonga parish nurse) who serves the Polynesian community near Auckland and a time of sharing led by Isabel Mordacai, president of the New Zealand association of faith community nurses.

As the bus traveled from Wellingon to Palmerston North to Rotorua and on to Auckland, the group enjoyed the volcanic peaks, geothermal plains, mud pols, and other sociocultural experiences.
